As Head Pastry Chef you will work closely with the Owner and the Head Chef to create menus, source suppliers and write equipment orders. The kitchen will be run with a firm but fair management style, where Chefs will be supported and positively encouraged to reach their potential. A brigade of 3 Pastry Chefs on the section working in your own specialised kitchen. It is expected you will be working 6 Shifts per week over 5 days.
