Title: Executive Head Chef – Conference Hotel - Surrey - £42,000
Description: 180 bedroom property just a few miles from Junction 10 of the M25 and Guildford with direct routes to Waterloo station, comprising 51 training and meeting rooms and brasserie style restaurant that provides a fresh & varied menu. Exec Chef to look after 9 chefs in brigade along with the two areas on site with management & training centre. The role will be to run the kitchen implementing staff training manuals, liaising with clients & potential new business customers and working in conjunction with General Manager on site. You will assess and improve the menu that has been success throughout the company. Excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who has great man management skills, good food knowledge and is fully aware of market trends. Finance knowledge is essential for the role.
