Description: Corporate dining staff restaurant within the City region operated by one of the leading contract caterers. Sous Chef required to work within a team of 5 chefs and have the ability to run a kitchen in the chef’s absence while undertaking responsibilities of staff training, client & customer liaising along with menu input and flexible in approach. The ideal candidate will be either a senior chef de partie or junior sous in a large brigade looking for progression or a sous chef in a smaller site looking to enhance their career. Experience in theatre style corporate staff brasseries would be an added advantage.
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000
