Description: Commercially run restaurant within the city region are looking for a sous chef who have a flexible approach to high level of cooking. The dining room is situated within a recently revamped Art venue and serves lunch and dinner to 35 covers on average. Busy Friday evenings and Sundays especially with local and business clientele. Opened just under one year and already received accolades from critics and press alone. You will have a fine dining restaurant background to be considered and hungry to achieve more success from the kitchen. You will be involved in menu planning and liaise with head chef while ensuring quality is delivered on a day to day basis. Working hours on a shift basis with every Monday, Tuesday evening and Sunday evening off.
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000
