Description: Chef de Partie required for the Senior Executives and their Clients in and out of the operation. No staff restaurant just purely fine dining for the directors and chairman. As a chef de partie you will be part of a 7 chef brigade providing modern British cuisine to a michelin standard.Providing a plated breakfast and lunch service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef de partie to progress and show your culinary skills. Ideally as a chef de partie you will have previous experience working in hospitality and fine dining or having previously worked as a chef de partie within restaurants or hotels to a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin star level.The chance to grow from a chef de partie to sous chef will be available for the right person who wants career progression. Working Monday to Friday 7am-3;30pm with the oppurtunity to earn lots more with overtime.
