Title: Chef de Partie - Hospitality & Directors Dining - London - £19,000
Description: Chef de Partie required to work along side a Head & Sous Chef for the Senior Executives and their Clients in and out of the operation. No staff restaurant, just purely hospitlaity & fine dining for the directors and chairman. As a chef de partie you will be part of a 3 chef brigade providing modern British cuisine to a very high standard. Providing a plated breakfast and lunch service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef de partie to progress and show your culinary skills. Ideally as a chef de partie you will have previous experience working in hospitality and fine dining or having previously worked as a chef de partie within restaurants or hotels to a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin star level. Working Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm. Opportunity to work overtime is available.
Salary: £19,000
