Title: Group Development Chef – Restaurant – London - £35,000 + bonus
Description: Privately owned Italian restaurant group based in central London requires Group Development Chef to assist with the overseeing of 6 sites. Each restaurant has a brigade of 6 chefs and serves up to 200 covers daily of fresh rustic Italian cuisine. Duties will include menu planning and design, staff recruitment and training, stock control, ordering, writing of SOP manuals and weekly management meetings. Experience of cooking Italian cuisine is essential. £35,000 + bonus
