Description: My client is a high profile gastro pub and fine dining restaurant operation located in the North London / Watford area. An opportunity has now arisen to join the experienced team at this venue as Assistant Manager, responsible for the day to day running of service with a focus on implementing standards and developing the staff. You will have a stable and progressive background within 5* hotels, gastro pubs and fine dining restaurants to AA Rosette level. The right candidate will have the support of some of the industry's most successful individuals. Working 5 out of 7, you must be able to commute to the Watford area. Salary package circa £30k.
