Description: 5 * deluxe hotel in central London requires Junior Sous Chef to cover all sections of the kitchen. The hotel caters for a 40 seat brasserie, room service, bar menu and plated banqueting for up to 350 covers. Ideal candidates will have a background in 4/5 * hotel properties or award winning restaurants. You will be required to work 5 days over 7, 40 hours per week. £21,000 + overtime
