Description: Michelin Star Restaurant based in central London requires Sous Chef to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen operation. You will be working in a team of 20 chefs and be serving up to 70 covers per service. You will be required 5 days over 7. Ideal candidates must have experience to a Michelin Star level and have excellent management skills.
