Description: Area/Operations Manager role for a chain of 6 family style Italian Restaurants with sites across central London. The group will be opening a further 2 sites within the next few months. Current total of 170 full time staff across the group (6 in Head office). Average of 20 staff working in each restauant. Looking to recruit an experienced, Italian speaking, Area / Operations Manager to oversee all day to day company operations and to report directly in to the MD. Ideal experience would be running a small chain of Italian style restaurants.

You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
