Description: A la carte restaurant based in central London requires Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen. You will be required to work 6 shifts per week, 5 days over 7, working mainly daytime shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in a la carte restaurants and have knowledge of menu planning and staff training.
