Multi-outlet catering site within a government building with over 3500 employees on site, comprising staff brasserie serving up to 1000 per day, separate deli bar & coffee lounge and busy hospitality dining.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced chef de partie to work within a total kitchen team of 11 chefs and 6 kitchen porters and be competent in running a section. The role will be predominately for the staff dining area that includes a full breakfast offer along with lunch service with bistro menus, theatre / wok bar and choice of special & snack items. The menus are being improved constantly to offer a more refined service so a background in high level staff dining, hotel or large volume restaurant is desired. The salary is competitive offering above market rate, company benefits and working Monday to Friday 7.30am-4pm.
