Title: Chef de Partie – Excellent working hours - London - £17,500
Description: Small staff dining site currently undergoing a transformation run by a recognised Independent catering company require a chef de partie for their kitchen brigade. The staff restaurant serves around 300-400 daily with menu choices of 2 hot dishes, theatre bar and salad counter. Run by a Chef Manager the team will include 6 members in total and be required to deliver a high class service. You need to be a competent individual with strong skills on all sections and could be a Demi Chef de Partie progressing to the next level. You need to be a flexible individual, passionate about your career and most importantly be a team player. This will be a Monday to Friday role working 7am-3.30pm
