Fine dining restaurant serving Modern European style cuisine producing an average of 100 covers daily. Lunch is open between 12-2pm in the restaurant. Conference and banqueting on the 3rd floor ranges from plated dining lunches/dinners to hot/cold buffets. This is run by an independent contract catering company who have recently refurbished the catering facilities and are currently installing a new team.
The company are in the process of recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to work with a team of 7 chefs and be ably supported by a Senior Sous and Head Chef.
You will be of a high experience within restaurants or corporate hospitality kitchens and be fully market aware of different styles of cooking. The ability to work well in a new & developing team along with a high level of passion of the industry.
The role offers excellent working hours, Monday to Friday shift and paid overtime opportunities
