Title: Head Chef - Hotels - Surrey - £32,000
Description: Beautiful countryside 50 bedroom property with numerous meeting rooms & food & beverage outlets. Currently they are looking for a Head Chef for the kitchen team. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the successful day to day running of the kitchen. As an experienced professional you will be committed to providing guests with a first class service whilst motivating and developing the team. You will be responsible to add flair to your menus and ensure profitability of the department by keeping costs and wages within budget. You will also be required to maintain a high standard of food hygiene. We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator and a hands on Manager with exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment and the proven ability to manage people within a similar role are required.
