Description: Branded restaurant based in London requires Sous Chef to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen. The restaurant serves a range of modern American cuisine and is catering for up to 300 covers daily. Main duties include staff training and supervision, stock control, ordering, rotas, kitchen hygiene and running a section of the kitchen.
