Description: Pastry Sous Chef required for this busy a la carte French restaurant within a 5 * deluxe hotel based in central London. You will be overseeing a team of 5 in the pastry kitchen, serving a 140 seat restaurant. Ideal candidates will have experience of working in either award winning restaurants or 5 * deluxe hotels. You will be required to work 5 days over 7.
