Description: Large events company based in London requires Sous Chef to assist with the overseeing of the main kitchen in London and satellite unit based in Surrey. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in award winning restaurants. You will be required to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, stock control, ordering, kitchen hygiene, health & safety and tastings.
