Description: Senior Sous Chef required to assist with the day to day running of this prestigious event company. Main duties include staff recruitment and training, stock control, ordering, rotas, kitchen hygiene, health & safety and menu planning. Ideal candidates will have experience of running large outside catering events and have the ability to run a large team of chefs.
