Title: Sous Chef – Restaurant – Heathrow - £26,000
Description: Sous Chef required for busy brasserie restaurant based in Heathrow airport to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen. The restaurant serves a range of modern British cuisine and can serve up to 600 covers daily. Ideal candidates will have experience of high volume restaurants coupled with excellent management skills and the ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
