Title: Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant - London - £40,000+Bonus
Description: Small fine dining restaurant based in London serving a range of modern British/French cuisine requires Head Chef to oversee this high quality kitchen. Main duties will include menu planning and design, staff recruitment and training, costings and GP’s. Candidates will ideally have experience of working in Michelin Star restaurants and have the ability to run a highly pressurised kitchen. May suit Senior Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position.
