Title: Head Chef – Hertfordshire - £32,000
Description: A Head Chef is required to run the kitchen of this conference & venue hotel with just under 70 bedrooms. The property also comprises restaurant & bar along with 8 meeting rooms and syndicate rooms with capacity of up to 100. The restaurant serves around 60 covers for breakfast, lunch and dinner (dinner will be a la carte choice) Main attributes required for this role will be organisational skills, good kitchen management and the ability to prepare seasonal menus and be up to date on food trends. Knowledge of costings and figures will be beneficial. A hotel or conference/venue background will be preferable and you will be at least a strong Sous Chef looking for your first head chef role or a head chef looking for a new challenge.
