Description: A la carte restaurant based in the West End requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. The restaurant serves up to 100 covers per service from a modern British menu. You will be required to work 5 straight shifts per week from either 8am-4.30pm or 2.30pm-11pm. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in a la carte or brasserie restaurants.
