Title: Chef de Partie - Mon-Fri - London - £18,800 + OT
Description: Leading contract catering company have a chef de partie vacancy arise in one their most prestigious units in the city. The role will be in the hospitality & fine dining sector preparing & cooking to a high level from working lunches, hot.cold buffets, client fine dining & canapé menus. Working under an experienced chef within a team of 7 you will be highly competent on all sections and have an excellent eye for detail. Experience in top level cooking is essential. You will work a 40 hour week with plenty of overtime on a Monday to Friday basis + one weekend in every 6.
Salary: £18,800 + OT
