Description: 5 * deluxe hotel located in central London requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in a large team of 12 on pastry, serving the fine dining restaurant, afternoon teas and large banqueting facilities. You will be required to work 5 days over 7, working 5 straight shifts per week. You will have previous experience of working in luxury hotels or award winning restaurants within the pastry section.
Salary: £22,000
