Description: Iconic London landmark requires Head Pastry Chef to oversee the day to day running of the pastry kitchen and a team of 6 chefs. You will be responsible for producing a la carte and brasserie desserts, large events and cookies/muffins/biscuits in the café. You will be required to work 6 shifts per week, 5 days over 7. May suit Pastry Chef from 4/5 * hotels or a pastry sous chef looking for their first Head Pastry Chef position. £30,000
