Title: Chef de Partie - London - Restaurant - £20,000
Description: Commercial restaurant in the City of London are searching for an experienced Chef de Partie. The historic venue has a 40 seater restaurant with a modern a la carte menu, all day café menu with takings up to £2.5k daily and capacity for function and events, recent numbers up to 200 for canapé receptions. The restaurant is lunch service only, 7 days per week with an afternoon tea service, café open until 5pm daily and regular event work for lunch and evenings. The chef de partie will work on the sauce section and be fully confident in running a service and cook to a high standard. You will work 5 out of 7 days working between the hours of 7.30-5pm.
