Description: Working in a brigade of around 15 chefs, the college operates with a refectionary, brasserie, grill bar and exetensive hospitality. You will work 5 out of 7 days but only 1 and a half weekends during the month. Early shifts will be 7.30-4pm and late shifts 10.30-7pm.

You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine.
