Title: Chef de Partie – Monday to Friday - £19,000
Description: Chef de Partie required for this multi site consisting of a small staff dining facility, private dining and rooms for conference and banqueting. The restaurant seats over 100 covers and provides asoup offer, hot mains, salad bar and desserts. Private dining can be anything up to 50 covers plated sit down, finger/fork buffets up to 250 and functions up to 150 covers on the 3rd floor. This role will be initially for the hot section in the dining room so experience within small bistro style staff dining along with hospitality will be advantageous. Total kitchen brigade of 6 chefs
