Title: Sous Chef - London Restaurant - £24,000
Description: Quality large volume restaurant, part of an establishment group, are looking for a Sous Chef with restaurant experience. You can be a Junior Sous Chef looking for progression but must have a background to a One to Two Rosette level. The restaurant serves in excess of 2000 covers per week, large volume quality operation and the menu is mainly of a French/Mediteranean style. Currently there is a 10 chef brigade in the kitchen.
