Description: Chef de partie required to work for this very popular open plan 50 seater restaurant providing fresh organic Mediterranean cuisine. Working straight shifts 8am-5:30pm or otherwise 10am- 8pm, 5 days a week every other weekend. Working in a 5 chef brigade, this really is a fantastic opportunity to learn and progress and be involved in possible new openings in the near future.

Modern private members club based in the west end requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
