Description: Chef de Partie required to work in a brigade of 10 chefs catering for 2000 employees in the blue chip organisation . Working in a very busy staff restaurant . Duties include working on all sections of the kitchen. Working Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef de partie to progress and show your culinary skills. Ideally as a chef de partie . The chance to grow from a chef de partie to sous chef will be available for the right person who wants career progression.
