Title: Chef de Partie
Description: A la carte restaurant based in Hertfordshire requires Chef de Partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. The site has a main 60 seat fine dining restaurant and outside terrace area seating 30. Ideal candidates will have previous a la carte restaurant experience. You will be required to work 5 days over 7. The salary is £18,000 per annum live out or £16,000 live in.
