Title: Chef de Partie
Description: Restaurant based in the West End of London requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work 5 days over 7, working early shifts from either 8am-5pm or 8am-7pm. The restaurant serves modern British and seats up to 100 per sitting. Ideal candidates will have previous a la carte restaurant experience and may suit a demi chef looking for their 1st chef de partie position or chef de partie looking for career advancement.
