Title: Pastry Senior Chef de Partie
Description: Michelin star restaurant based in central London requires Pastry Senior Chef de Partie to assist with the running of this very busy section. You will be able to run a team of 6 in pastry in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef, have experience of working in either AA Rosette or Michelin rated restaurants, ability to train and develop staff, menu ideas, stock control and ordering.
