Description: New Restaurant concept restaurant requires Head Chef to oversee the day to day running of the kitchen. This busy themed concept restaurant requires an individual with experience of running high volume establishments, staff training and development, kitchen hygiene, health & safety and costings. You will be required to work 6 shifts per week over a 7 day rota. £30,000 + bonus
