Title: Sous Chef
Description: Busy brasserie style restaurant based in Heathrow requires Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen. Main duties will include running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, menu planning, stock control, ordering, kitchen hygiene, rotas and staff training and supervision. Working hours are 48 per week on a 7 day rota with early openings meaning you will need to be able to get to work by 6am.
Salary: £27,000
