Title: Head Chef - Branded Restaurant
Description: Busy branded restaurant in Reading requires Head Chef to oversee the day to day running of the kitchen operation. You will have experience of cooking in high volume environments and excellent management skills. Duties will include input into menus, staff recruitment and training, portion control, costings and budgets. You will be required to work 6 shifts per week over a 7 day rota. Could suit Senior Sous Chef looking for first Head Chef position.
