Title: Sous Chef - Branded Restaurant
Description: Central London Branded high volume restaurant requires Sous Chef to deal with the day to day running of the kitchen. The right individual will have knowledge of covering all sections of the kitchen, stock control, ordering and portion control. Candidates should have high volume branded backgrounds with excellent staff management skills. In return you will work 5 straight shifts per week and receive a competitive basic salary and excellent bonus.
Salary: £24,000 + Bonus

Modern private members club based in the west end requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
