Central London Branded high volume restaurant requires Sous Chef to deal with the day to day running of the kitchen. The right individual will have knowledge of covering all sections of the kitchen, stock control, ordering and portion control. Candidates should have high volume branded backgrounds with excellent staff management skills. In return you will work 5 straight shifts per week and receive a competitive basic salary and excellent bonus. |
