Title: Pastry Chef de Partie
Description: Fine dining restaurant based in central London requires Pastry Chef de Partie to assist in the running of the pastry department. You will be required to work 6 shifts per week over a 7 day rota and be able to run the pastry kitchen in the absence of the Pastry Chef. Main duties will include preparation and presentation of desserts, stock control, ordering and training junior members of staff.
Salary: £20,000 + tronc
