Title: General Manager – New Concept Restaurant
Description: My client is looking for a dedicated experienced General Manager to open a new restaurant based in Bluewater Shopping Centre. The company runs many successful brands around the central London area and is now looking to rapidly expand over the coming years. The new concept will focus on serving outstanding quality food, sourced from around the world, to create an authentic experience within a welcoming environment As the General Manager you will be entirely responsible for the new opening of this restaurant including recruiting, training, implementing standards and maintaining the quality of the brand. You must have also previously been responsible for all financial aspects of running a high volume restaurant. The right person will be a current General Manager with at least three years experience and have a real passion for service. You will be a hands on manager who is looking to take on a new challenge and put a stamp on a new brand and help its continued success. A salary of around £40,000 will be paid for the right person, along with great benefits and a progressive career.

Modern private members club based in the west end requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
