Title: Commis Chef
Description: Luxury 4 * deluxe hotel based in SW London requires Commis Chef. The hotel comprises of an award winning restaurant with plated banqueting for up to 120 covers and canapé parties for up to 150 covers. Main duties include covering all sections of the kitchen and assisting the chef de parties in running of their sections. May suit college leaver looking for their first commis chef position or someone looking to advance their career as commis chef in another establishment.

Modern private members club based in the west end requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
