Description: Luxury 4 * deluxe hotel based in SW London requires Chef de Partie. The hotel comprises of an award winning restaurant with plated banqueting for up to 120 covers and canapé parties for up to 150 covers. Main duties will include covering all sections of the kitchen, stock control, ordering and training junior members of staff. May suit demi chef de partie looking for their first chef de partie role or someone in a similar position in a smaller establishment.

Modern private members club based in the west end requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
