Title: Junior Sous Chef
Description: Luxury 4 * deluxe hotel based in SW London requires Junior Sous Chef. The hotel comprises of an award winning restaurant with plated banqueting for up to 120 covers and canapé parties for up to 150 covers. As Junior Sous Chef main duties will include covering all sections of the kitchen, staff training and supervision, stock control, ordering and running of the pass. May suit Junior Sous Chef in a smaller hotel or a senior chef de partie looking for their first Junior Sous Chef position.
