Busy a la carte restaurant based in Central London requires Chef de Partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. As Chef de Partie duties will include staff training and supervision, stock control and ordering. For the right candidate this Chef de Partie role should lead to excellent promotions onto Senior Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chef. Working 6 shifts per week, 5 days over 7. May suit Demi Chef looking for first Chef de Partie role. Experience in working in similar award winning restaurants or busy a la carte restaurants is essential. |
