Description: Junior Sous Chef required for this busy country house hotel in Hertfordshire with fine dining restaurant, large banqueting facilities, 24 hour room service and bar/lounge menus. As Junior Sous Chef duties will include running of service in the absence of the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, staff training and supervision, menu ideas, kitchen hygiene and rotas. Main suit Senior Chef de Partie looking for first Junior Sous Chef position.
