Description: Fine dining restaurant based in central London requires Pastry Chef de Partie to assist with the day to day running of the section. You will be required to work 6 shifts a week, 5 days over 7. You should be able to cover all sections of the pastry department and be flexible to work paid overtime. May suit Pastry demi chef looking for first Pastry Chef de Partie position.
