Description: 5 * country house hotel based in Berkshire requires a Junior Sous Chef. The hotel has a 60 cover fine dining restaurant, 80 cover brasserie restaurant and plated banqueting for 2500 covers per week. You will work a 45 hour week, working 5 days over 7.
