Description: 4 * deluxe hotel in Central London requires Junior Sous Chef to assist in the day to day running of the main kitchen. As Junior Sous Chef your duties would include running of the Two AA Rosette restaurant on the evening shift and the banqueting on the day shift. This Junior Sous Chef position has arisen due to an internal promotion. May suit Chef de Partie looking for first Junior Sous Chef position or someone currently in a Junior Sous Chef position at present.
